We crossed paths in late March, and we made an immediate connection. Despite the challenges of the times, numerous video calls and a few weeks of COVID isolation later, we decided to meet up.

A few weeks after Valentine's Day, Ben summoned the courage to ask for Rosa's hand in marriage. Overcoming nerves, he sought her dad's blessing, and with a touch of humor, Rosa's dad responded, "It will be up to my daughter". In the kindest way, he meant that he had no objection if Rosa agrees to marry Ben.

This day became another milestone as Ben formally sought Rosa's father's blessing for the future together, paving the way for the next chapter.

Finally, the day arrived - a day filled with joy, love, and anticipation. On May, the 4th 2023, we became engaged, marking a significant step in our journey of love and commitment.
